The lessser of the Ainur who dwelt in Valinor with the Valar. Not often did they enter the Affairs of Men, and so little of them is known to Mortal Lands. Some however we do.
The Five Wizards or Istari: Saruman the White ( Later Saruman the Many Coloured), Gandalf the Grey ( Later Gandalf the White), Radagast the Brown, Alatar and Pallando the Blue ( Later changed to Morinehtar and Romestamo ). Also known in Middle Earth are Tom Bombadil, Goldberry the River Daugther, Sauron the Deceiver and some others dwelling in Valinor.
